Hi my name is Felicia Smith. I’m a 31 years young !! I am from the Midwest, the state of the “Good Life” better known as Nebraska. I was blessed to have come from such a wonderful family, including 2 brothers whom keep me on my toes.

Before I knew that I had the entrepreneur inside of me, I didn’t know exactly where I wanted to take my life. After high school, I decided to just dip and dab in different career fields. I have always been passionate about helping others and have a very caring heart.

I decided to take on the huge responsibility of the medical field. I knew it was a challenge and that excited me, and I also knew that I’d be rewarded by all my hard work and caring for others. It was definitely a life changing experience.

I took my first dab in Network Marketing when I was about 19 years old, which is when I found the entrepreneur in me. It was so much fun, we did home parties with all my friends, had great sales from the products, and I thought “WOW” this is it.

Well let’s face it; I had not the slightest clue to what being a business owner was all about. My business all the sudden dwindled down to a little sale maybe once a month. I had no clue what residual income was or the importance of building a team.

I was just told to hold home parties and watch the sales grow. I hung on as long as I could, but like 97% of us in this WONDERFUL industry…. I pretty much gave up! Yes I said it, I let my business go.

About 3 years ago, I decided that the hours I was putting in working in the healthcare industry I just couldn’t do it anymore. I hated working 14 hours a day for pretty much pennies. So many people are so under paid, while we work so hard and long hours and the Doctors and the guys sitting back in the break room or their offices are making the big bucks!

I had the opportunity to take a sales position in customer service for a wireless communications company. I had to think for days about how would this allow me to fulfill my passion of helping others?? Well I looked at it as helping others instead of selling them the newest hottest phone out.

The first thing I noticed was, this was definitely going to be the typical sales of “cut throat” doing everything you had to do to make that money.

I couldn’t believe the things co-workers would do to their fellow team mates. I thought I’ve got to do something different, I had to be myself….. BRAND myself instead of the company.

Let me tell you it made all the difference in the world. I had great sales, was making great money, winning contest, and even was in the top few on the score card.

Then I had a life changing experience, I developed some health problems. We had no clue what was going on, test after test, Doctor after Doctor, and noticing that I really had no support from my employer that it became very frustrating.

Well come to find out, I had been exposed to Mold and very poor air quality in the building I was working in. I was forced to take a Leave Of Absence (with NO PAY) and while waiting for the building to be cleaned up, nothing was done.

That’s when I realized that it was time to take action and create my own FREEDOM and financial security. I had been a Distributor for a network marketing company for the last 2 years.

Like I said, I was a Distributor, I never looked at It as being my own business. Well this just made me so eager to turn that thought process into something new.

Time for a change! I began searching and searching to learn what I needed to learn, not to just grow my business but to grow within myself. I needed to figure out what I was lacking and I did, I found it and I realized once you are willing to be taught and learn to change what you need to change to make YOU stand out more everything turns around.

With the way the economy is today, there is no job security. It is definitely sad to see so many people’s hard work and dreams fading behind them, all because of what the world is going through.

It is time for CHANGE and anyone can make that change as long as they are willing to do what it takes to learn and take ACTION. It has truly changed my life and the way I run my business. What a relief!! It doesn’t have to be made difficult, we like to keep it simple!
